➕ How much is the Conservatory?

The Conservatory Membership is $329 annually. We offer a convenient payment plan and a VIP package for those interested in one-on-one mentorship while enrolled.


➕ How much time will I need to invest in The Conservatory?

That is entirely up to you! Course length ranges from 30 - 90 mins, and every course is broken down into bite-sized (but bingeable) content. This is not a place to drown in overwhelm or boring lectures. This is the place to get cutting-edge training in how to ACTUALLY TEACH a group fitness class that you are proud of, and clients love - with accountability and support. Members who take the curriculum seriously see results in as little as a few weeks.


➕ I'm not employed as an instructor yet. Can I still join?

Yes! Whether or not you have obtained a GFI certification or employment at a gym or boutique studio, you will find valuable content in The Conservatory that will help you prepare to teach your first or 10,000th class.


➕ Do you offer CEUs?

Not at this time. But you can petition your certification provider to obtain CEUs for completing the Conservatory. Shay is happy to write a letter and provide the required information to do so.


➕ How long will I have access to The Conservatory?

One calendar year from the date you enroll.


➕ What's your cancellation policy?

Conservatory members who choose the 12-month payment plan method may cancel their membership within the first 72 hours of enrollment for a $50 cancellation fee. After 72 hours, the fee to cancel is the remaining cost of their membership agreement. All Pay-in-Full Conservatory Memberships are final sale, with no cancellation option.


➕ What if I don’t log in for an entire month? Can I get a refund for that payment?

All purchases are final sale. Refunds are not provided for previous months, regardless of whether you've logged in to view the content.


➕ How often am I billed?

Our billing system is automated, and we do not have the ability to freeze or skip payments or adjust the billing cycle for any of our members. Upon signup, Conservatory members who choose the 12-month payment plan will be billed automatically every 30 days. Those who choose the Pay-in-Full option will be billed once, immediately upon signup.


➕ Can I get an extension?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add time to your Conservatory membership. This policy has no exceptions, as this simply is not a function we have on Uscreen, and access time is automated.


➕ Does this membership renew?

Upon expiration of any plan your access will end without contact or action needed from the member. There are no plans set to auto-renew.


➕ OK, so no refunds, but why?

In The Conservatory, we'll share proprietary strategies that we do not share publicly. Once you see the magic, you can't unsee it. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.

We also know that the curriculum found inside will take your career to a whole new level. We believe in your ability to make that happen and the impact it will have on your community. We want to hold you accountable to your goals.

➕ Can I share my login?

No. All purchases of Conservatory content, including a la carte Masterclasses, workshops, and memberships, are meant to be viewed only by the purchaser and cannot be shared with others. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited, and we monitor IP addresses, login history and location, and profile history for suspected breaches of this policy. We have an amazing rewards program for referrals; ask us about it!


➕ Why can't I login?

You may log in to The Conservatory on two devices. If you have logged in on over two devices, Uscreen may bar you from logging in. Try logging out of other devices first.

If you are still having trouble, clear your cache. If the issue continues, contact us, and we will connect you with Uscreen tech support.

Payment failure will also result in an inability to log in until you have reconciled your past-due balance.


➕ Why won't the discount code work?

No discount codes are applicable to the pay-in-full Conservatory payment option. Valid Conservatory codes are only applicable to the 12-month payment plan pricing option. Valid Discount codes for the Conservatory membership may vary from promo codes valid for a la carte Masterlcasses and Workshops.


➕ What if my schedule doesn't align with live sessions? Will I miss out?

Not at all! All live sessions and Masterclasses are recorded so you can watch the replays at your convenience.


➕ Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. You can easily do so from your Dashboard menu by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of your screen. When you change your subscription plan, we'll provide you with a credit for the unused time on your current plan and discount that from the new plan's cost. If you're downgrading, it's possible you may end up with a credit that is more than the new charge. You'll see this credit in your dashboard in the balance section, and next time you are charged, we'll simply draw from that balance first.


➕ What’s included in my membership?

Your membership gives you unlimited access to the Digital Course Library, monthly live Masterclasses, monthly live Q&A's, and access to the Discord community. If you have a six-month membership, you also have the opportunity to submit one recording of your class for review, feedback, and a customized plan through the Conservatory content. If you have an annual subscription, you have the opportunity to submit two classes for review in the course of your year. ➕ How do I change/ reset my password?

You can easily change your password by navigating to the Dashboard menu by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of your screen.

➕ I have a VIP Membership. How do I submit my class for review?
