Frequently Asked Questions:


  1. Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. You can easily do so from your Dashboard menu by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of your screen. When you change your subscription plan, we'll provide you with a credit for the unused time on your current plan and discount that from the new plan's cost. If you're downgrading, it's possible you may end up with a credit that is more than the new charge. You'll see this credit in your dashboard in the balance section, and next time you are charged, we'll simply draw from that balance first.


  1. What’s included in my membership?

Your membership gives you unlimited access to the Digital Course Library, monthly live Masterclasses, monthly live Q&A's, and access to the Discord community. If you have a six-month membership, you also have the opportunity to submit one recording of your class for review, feedback, and a customized plan through the Conservatory content. If you have an annual subscription, you have the opportunity to submit two classes for review in the course of your year.   1. How do I cancel my membership?

You can easily cancel your membership by navigating to the Dashboard menu by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of your screen. You will keep access to the Conservatory until the end of your billing period, after which point, your subscription will not renew.


  1. How do I change/ reset my password?

You can easily change your password by navigating to the Dashboard menu by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of your screen.


  1. How do I update my billing information?

You can easily update your billing information by navigating to the Dashboard menu by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of your screen.


  1. I have a six-month or annual subscription. How do I submit my class for review?

If you have a six-month membership, you also have the opportunity to submit one recording of your class for review, feedback, and a customized plan through the Conservatory content.


If you have an annual subscription, you have the opportunity to submit two classes for review in the course of your year.
